- Direct work with team
- Work like the coach of the team
- The main role is building the whole mindset in organisation about Agile methodologies (on the beggining with the team and then with few teams or whole organisation)
- Take care of the properly use of whole Agile framework
- 2+ years of experience as Agile Coach
- 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master
- Experience in software development
- Excellent knowledge of Agile methods
- Technical skills (fundamentals knowledge of interative and incremental development)
- Knowledge of Agile and lean processes and methodologies
- Understanding the basic fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
- Passionate about creating an environment of trust and great dynamics, where people perform their best and work together as a team
