One of the most important company acting on the receivable management market in Romania, working with large financial and non-financial companies in the country.

Your new role
By working on the Office Manager role, you will have under subordination a team of 3-4 persons who will be working in Administrative department and the Reception. Moreover, you will be responsible for themanagement of goods and services acquisition, the preparation of inventory and its revaluation, as well as keeping contact with all parties involved in the rental services and maintenance for the offices. Additionally, you will have under responsibility the management of the company cars fleet.

What you'll need to succeed
Master degree and 4-5 years of experience in a similar position, together with fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office applications. Clean driving licence is a mandatory requirement.
