Administrative Assistant
Miejsce pracy: Kraków
Main responsibilities:
Coordinating space and office organization: maintaining paper and electronic files.
Typing correspondence, compiling data for expanse and statistical reports.
Filing, data input, documentations creation.
Scheduling meetings.
Support of documentations and administration actions.
Qualifications:
1 - 2 years experiences in administrative/ corporate experience.
A university degree (Bachelor"s Degree is minimum)
MS Office Knowledge.
Excellent communication skills, detail - oriented.
Fluent in both verbal and written English.
