The position takes responsibility for compliance the general admin issues with internal standards, contracts, law expectation and ad hoc needs, control of all not production assets and connected services, support personal administration activities and care about visitors and professional appearance of the company.
Essential responsibilities on the Administration Specialist position:
- Control the assets level & orders (indirect eg. office equipment, cars, posters, office materials,)
- Coordinate the admin rules & procedures, control implementation (ex. 5S, using the company car, confidentiality) and compliance – lead the audits
- Cooperate with external services and coordinate activities like: cleaning, catering, building utilities and services, brokers, control compliance
- Foster the employees at admin issues (eg. lunches ordering, information flow, internal communication & messages)
- Support personal administration daily activities, ex. employees working time control
- Organize the company events & important visits,
- Daily reception activities like: Switchboard operating, correspondence flow,
- Care about the board members, all visitors and organizing their visit details to ensure them professional and comfortable visit

The first building of the plant was completed in September 2014 and in August 2015 was launched the first series production for General Motors (Opel in Gliwice and the UK).
