A successful candidate will be responsible for finding appropriate site locations and evaluating their potential according to chosen network strategy. Specified duties also include: conducting various research of focused area, preparing initial feasibility analysis and participating in expansion planning sessions. By keeping the effective communication among all parties involved in the process, Candidate’s aim is to reach the targeted goals with the priority to secure undertaken projects.
Preferable candidate is an experienced Acquisition Manager, who has at least 5 years of experiencein land acquisition and dealing with external partners. Strong business awareness and excellent communication skills gained within Retail or Real Estate market will be a strong asset. Fluency in Englishis a must.
