ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST
Miejsce pracy: Wrocław
For our client, a worldwide leading company with stable position on the market, for new Global Service Centre based in Wroclaw, we are currently looking for a suitable candidate for the position of:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processing invoices in accordance to client policy and standards
- Perform reconciliations of appropriate accounts
- Investigate and resolve reconciling differences on the assigned accounts
- Clearing/matching open items
- Support in resolving audit queries and issues from other departments
- Daily cooperation with internal Clients
REQUIREMENTS:
- University Degree (Economics or Finance preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience in accountancy area
- Fluent English written and oral
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience in working with SAP or other ERP system will be appreciated
- Sense of urgency to complete assigned tasks on time and accurately
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good organization and ability to prioritize tasks
- Multi-Tasking and problem solving capabilities
- Excellent team working skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability of work in Culture of Compliance
