Accounting Specialist

Our candidate will cooperate with Senior Manager and will be responsible for daily accounting duties: invoices, expenses, reconciliation but also will support in tax matters, financial statement plus also will prepare obligatory reports.
Ideal candidate has minimum 2 years of experience in accounting department - familiar with bank business (bank regulation knowledge) and would like to join very stable and well organised company for a long term and with perspective to grow. Very good English is a must.

For our Client, an international well recognisable and stable Bank, we are currently looking for Accounting Specialist.
Description
- Dealing with daily invoices,
- Booking of local invoices (register, check, book and distribute) ,
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis,
- Back office of treasury business,
- Active support during financial statement preparation process,
- Responsible for obligatory international reports,
- Responsible for preparation NBP and GUS reports,
- Support Senior Manager in tax and statement matters,
- Cooperation with external auditors,
Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services sector - Bank
- Master degree in Finance and Banking or Economics,
- Good knowledge of Banking regulation will be an asset,
- In-depth knowledge of Polish accounting and tax regulations,
- Strong attention to details, self-organisation, time management and ability to set up priorities,
- Excellent interpersonal skills (good attitude, professional demeanor,personnel)
- able to interact with other accounting team members and business unit
- Good knowledge of - MS Excel is required,
- Oriented to professional development,
