Our Client is an international company, leader in its industry, located in Katowice. Due to expanding operations of finance department, currently we are looking for experienced Leaders to take over the position of Accounting Process Manager in Katowice.
On this position your daily duties will consist of managing 4 teams and up to 40 staff. Also you will be responsible for supporting, developing and coaching team leaders, driving high employee engagement and empowerment or maintaining a robust control framework and compliance. Accounting Process Manager will have to ensure relevant company policies and procedures are being followed, assure alignment and seamless collaboration within the process and with internal and external stakeholders or monitor and manage process performance, set priorities whenever needed.
From the candidates we expect over 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in accounting area, University degree, fluent English, solid track of successful people and team management with excellent leadership skills and stakeholder management but also strong communication skills and customer focus. Ability to work in a matrix organisation and strong analytical skills will be a great asset.
