Opis stanowiska pracy

Your role:

  • Active participation in maintenance and supervision of the company’s full accounting according to the current regulations of Croatian, Slovenian, Serbian and Bulgarian law and group policies
  • Preparing financial and statistical reports for external entities and management board
  • Cooperation and maintaining good relations with external entities (local accounting offices, National Statistics Bureau, Banks, Taxation and Social Insurance Entities)
  • Keeping a registry of the fixed assets
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close under GAAP

Who are we looking for?

  • University education (economics, finance, accounting)
  • Min. 4 years of experience in an independent accounting position (accounting office experience would be an advantage)
  • Very good knowledge of accounting principles and tax law regulations (including international trade), and ability to use them in practice
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting systems (knowledge of the SAP system would be an advantage)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Financial reporting experience
  • Excellent command of Croatian or Slovenian
  • Very good knowledge of English
