Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Intercompany vendors/customers in order to reconcile accounts at month end
closing and solve discrepancies on purchase invoices
• Prepare Month End Closing Reconciliation Files
• Report the data in HFM
• Analyze the discrepancies and mismatches in HFM
• Reconcile intercompany accounts and prepare intercompany recharges and netting
• Cooperate closely with other accountants and controllers in different Schneider Electric units
• Collaborate with other international departments to solve queries and discrepancies
• Analyze open items and contact respective stakeholders in order to solve them
• Work on different accounting systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Navision)
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports
• Support audit as required
Responsibilities:
• Higher education – preferably in Accounting/Finance or during studies
• 3 years of relevant accounting experience (especially in General Ledger area) - must have
• Experience in Shared Service organization will be an asset
• Good knowledge of English and French
• Good MS Excel knowledge
• Knowledge of ERP systems would be an advantage
• Eagerness to learn and to be open minded
• Customer focus and team-working skills and a good sense of humor as well
