Your new role
You will be responsible for day-to-day operations in the area of accounts payable or accounts receivable area, depending on the background and skills. You will handle incoming invoices and down payments, as well as review and reconcile vendor accounts. You will also be responsible for vendor queries and payment reminders. You will work in accordance with Service Level Agreements ensuring the policies and procedures were being applied.
What you'll need to succeed
You need to be familiar with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools and be fluent in English (knowledge of Dutch would be an asset) in a business capacity. You should know your way around office equipment (fax machine, copy machine, scanner etc.) Fast typing and an eye to the detail. Willingness to travel occasionally (depending on the department 2-6 weeks of travel is possible). Very good soft skills. University degree is not needed if you have experience in accounting.
