For our client, an international company from chemical industry, we are currently looking for an Accountant (GL team) to join its Shared Service Center based in Warsaw.
On this position you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with IFRS and local statutory, monitoring and executing centralized closing and reporting activities and preparing reconciliations and documentation of the submitted financial data. In addition, you will be in charge of preparing reports, balance sheet reconciliations as well as weekly cash forecasts.
We are seeking candidates with more than 2 years of professional experience on a similar position. Fluent English is required. Knowledge of an additional language will be an advantage. Understanding of IFRS reporting as well as SAP system is needed. Moreover, you should be a well-organized, proactive and detail oriented person.
