Currently for our Client, a global company operating in banking industry, we are looking for Account Payable Operation Manager to join the finance Centre in Cracow.
The jobholder will be a leader in Accounts Payable Centre of Excellence in local shared service. Scope of responsibility will include: managing the operational activities and challenges of processes in a continuously evolving environment of the business, while ensuring that resources are effectively utilized. You will be also responsible for providing cost effective mechanisms and deliver high quality service within the agreed Service Level Agreements and ensuring that the operational risk are identified, monitored and managed effectively. What is more, on this position your scope of duties will also include: maintaining and improving the delivery of high quality, high volume processing service, ensuring that the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met, creating an environment where initiatives for improving quality and controlling costs are identified, implemented and rewarded and building and maintaining good working relationships with Group Company business and operational units to ensure that the GSC delivers high standard of customer service.
Ideal Candidate should demonstrate at least 7 years of experience in management position in a multinational company, preferably in Accounts Payable area, as well as strong management skills to handle a wide range of Operational activity. What is more, you should be fluent in English due to international work environment. A post-graduate diploma or degree in any discipline, preferably in Accounting will be an asset.
