In Summer 2016 new company will establish a Global Business Centre in Cracow. The scope of operations will include mainly Finance and Accounting as a strategic department in the Centre, HR and IT. Currently we recruit for the managerial and leadership roles to build the fundamentals and ensure the success of this project.
As an Accounts Payable Manageryou will be a part of newly launched company. You will be mainly responsible for providing direction and control necessary to ensure that all vendor payments are made in a timely and accurate fashion, maximizing cash discounts, PO terms and PCard rebate opportunities, ensuring that all departmental procedures and policies are followed, modifying as dictated by changes in the business. Your scope of duties will be include: ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all vendor payments, maximize cash discounts and terms, closely cooperation with GBS personnel and vendors, as well as Market personnel and vendors to address and resolve issuesas they surface. On this role you will be responsible for ensuring assigned A/P General Ledger reconciliation for two Client’s entities. You will be working closelywith various department i.e: Procurement, Fianance management.
To be successful on this position you need to present 5 years of experiencein Account Payable or Inventory department. Working knowledge of general accounting practices is also essential. You need to have strong experience on managerial role preferably in AP department. Bechalor’s degree in accouting, fianance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. To be successful on the role you need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, with great attention to detail and follow through capabilities. Due to international environment English languageis essential.
