For our client, an international company from the medical sector, we are currently looking for the Account Payable Analyst with German to work in a fast growing GBS Team located in Warsaw.
On this position you will support AP and T&E processes for the EMEA region, diagnose and resolve incoming supplier queries with high-quality service standard and liaise with internal departments to ensure proper handling of queries. In addition, you will identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention and maintain log of all helpdesk interactions to include issues and resolutions. You will also check that all tasks are performed as stated in the existing policies, procedures and country regulations.
We are looking for candidates with an experience on a similar position and with the ability to collaborate with both external and internal parties via multiple communication channels. Fluent English and German is a must. Practical knowledge of MS Office and SAP is an asset. We are seeking self-motivated candidates with strong communication skills.
