THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Chemicals and Food organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.
Our client is a small but fast growing company in healthy products and food ingredients.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this position you will report directly to the Contract and demand coordinator of our division. You will be part of the Supply team which is based in the Netherlands and handles European and Asian customers and distributors. From there, the candidate must be willing to travel for at least 10% of the time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain relationships/partnerships with customers, distributors and consultants.
- Manage the SAP sales order process providing timely product delivery and accurate information to customers and align capabilities of the organization with expectations of customers.
- Provide information to corporate finance to set up new accounts, approve sales orders by price and forecast, expedite payments
- Point of sales contact for distributors
- Coordinating technical questions and issues from customers, serve customers with right information
- Monitor forecast, ensure timely availability of sales information for expected demand, manage customer expectations on lead times
- Actively use management supporting systems, like forecast, CRM etc and report results to management.
- Customers and distributors will be in Netherlands, Europe, China and USA.
REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant commercial (international) customer service or account support experience in Food or Chemicals industry.
- Experienced SAP user
- Commercial background
- Ability to speak at least fluent Dutch, English, and preferable German and/or Spanish.
- Used to international settings with different cultures.
