Tasks:
- Being the first point of contact for McKinsey consultants
- Providing ongoing support to incoming and ongoing projects
- Coordination of projects’ key milestones and requirements
- Ensuring seamless Visual Graphics and Media process flow.
- Sharing best practices and building knowledgebase for future references.
- Managing any arising escalations connected with the project work if necessary.
Wymagania
Profile:
- University degree
- Customer service experience (1-2 years)
- Excellent English skills
- Very good communication skills.
- Strong Multitasking and prioritizing abilities.
