Currently, for our Client - the company employing qualified workers in the engineering trade, we are looking for people willing to work in Oslo/ Stavanger/ Bergen as a: 

SUBCONTRACT MANAGERS

Nr ref: SM/OSL/08

Duration: 2 +2 yrs  

Number of positions : 4  

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Following up and manage project subcontractors;
• Negotiating and developing subcontractor contracts/ agreements;
• Risk Analysis and change management;
• Progress reporting and project planning;
• Cost control;
• Cooperate with project managers, buyers and finance. 

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience from subcontractor management;
• Experience from project planning;
• Knowledge from Primavera/ Artemis/ MS Project/ Safran or SAP P&L Processes;
• Experience from Oil & Gas industry, shipbuilding or mechanical industry;
• Fluent English in writing and speaking;
• Independent, resourceful and result oriented;
• Excellent social skills.
