Client Service Director - Dyrektor Obsługi Klienta

Google is seeking a Director for its Polish Sales Operations group in Wroclaw.

This role requires direct management of teams of highly skilled Client Services and Sales Operations Associates, as well as management of training and other functions. This person will drive key components of support around Google's revenue-generating businesses, and thus must be able to use quantitative skills to make strategic decisions.

In this dynamic environment, the Director for our Polish operations also must exercise extraordinary judgment as a key stakeholder in our hiring process and organizational growth and adapt to changes and growth in Google's product offerings.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with significant management experience and outstanding decision-making skills. Applicants should be extremely proactive, motivated, organized, responsible, and should work well within a fast-paced group. This is a senior role within the organization and the salary and package will reflect the importance of the role.
