Our Client is an international company based in Kraków.
Your new role
Within this position you will be responsible for taking full responsibility for providing second level support for all Learning Technology related issues and on day-to-day training administration and delivery issues. You will be escalating more complex system technical issues to IT and work with IT toward resolution as required and supporting eServices team with uploading web based training sessions to the learning management system and maintaining question banks for online/offline assessments. What is more your duties will include supporting Learning technology projects with system testing.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree or relevant working experience (on a similar position) and very good written and spoken English (B2/C1 level). Excellent MS Office skills are also required as well as aptitude for familiarizing quickly with new learning technology tools and systems.
