2nd Level Customer Care e-logistics Specialist

 

Scope of tasks:

  • 2nd level support for technical enquiries from existing customers after the productive phase
  • Analyzing, prioritizing and independent problem solving of error reports received via email and/or telephone
  • Configuration of standard components for existing customers
  • Close cooperation with the 1st level support team, development and project teams for solving technical support cases
  • Monitoring our TRANSPOREON platform

How to convince us:

  • Completed university studies in the field of Computer Informatics or a completed apprenticeship in the field of an IT Specialist with appropriate work experience
  • Preferable work experience in the field of customer care
  • You can read codes and can ideally program software (Java or Python are preferred)
  • General database knowledge (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MaxDB)
  • General knowledge of network protocols (VPN, HTTP(S), FTP(S), Proxy)
  • Team-oriented and independent work habits as well as a distinctive customer care orientation with pronounced organization and problem solving skills
  • Excellent language skills in Polish and English (Russian and Ukrainian are preferable)
