Job description
For our cilent - leading provider of IT servies - we are currently looking for candidates for 1st Line Manager positions for three departments : IT Department, Project Management Department and Service Management Department:
Is responsible within his/her department for:
People management:
• Performance management
• People development and coaching
• High performance leadership and culture
• Motivation of team members
• Support selection of new team members
• Retention and attrition management
• Manage band and salary structure
• Vacation planning
• Attendance management, planning and evidence
• Develop and implement an “end-to-end-HR-process”
• Foster teamwork and inclusion among all employees - across locations, cultures and geographies
• To promote companie's values
Services management
• Implement services and provide services scope as defined in Services
• Statement of Work
• Quality management and services reporting
• Share with team and achieve SD and Delivery Centre goals
• Meet Problem & Change target
• Workload distribution and coverage
• Support new workload transfer
• Services provision
• Required reporting
• Maintain regular services communication within Delivery Centre, with IMT and competency
• Manage critical situation, services disruption, safety or health issues, business continuity and disaster recovery situation
• Implement management system, all relevant company processes, documents, documentation , evidence, measurements
• Continuously increase customer satisfaction
Cost management
• Department expenses management
• Training managment
• Cost take-out initiatives and cost saving
• Travel management
• Resources planning – demand & supply process ownership per account
• Perform weekly controls over the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of claiming in their teams
Compliance management
• IT Security and Business Control as defined in Services Statement of Work
Services Delivery Processes
• Contracts, DoU, PA, M-SOW, S-SOW and other agreements
• DC Poland procedures and instructions
• Labour code and other legal requirements
• Health and safety
• Compliance reporting and evidence
Other
• Support EBIS function in recruiting and educating new employees according to agreed plan
• Support in proactive way and actively participate on overall Delivery Centre Poland initiatives
Wymagania
Required
• Master's Degree
• At least 3 years experience in People Management
• At least 3 years experience in Project Management or IT Business
• English: Fluent
