Currently we are looking for candidates to GCCC for a position of :
1st Level Agent with English

Responsibilities:
- answer inbound customer calls
- provide support to the customer within requested area
- advise customers on appropriate actions on the phone
- cooperate with upper levels of technical support and field service engineers
- check quality of service tickets in customer service applications
Requirements:
- very good command of English (speech and writing)
- willingness to work in the shifts system
- knowledge of MS Office package
