Job Description

Randstad Sp. z.o.o. For our Client from United Kingdom we are looking:

Requirements

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

 

• operational Control of a number of Local & Global suppliers

• communication with external suppliers

• improvement activities within the supply base

• manage supply chain systems – MRP knowledge essential

• manage daily supply issues & inventory control

• project management & cost reduction initiatives

• manage transfer of supplier facilities

 

Additional Tasks and responsibilities (include team management, if any):

 

• project manage new parts development for new model nominated suppliers

• flexibility towards short notice travel

• people management/ leadership skills

 

Background & Experience:

 

• supervisory experience preferable

• educated to degree level (or equivalent)

• preferably experience in a Production Control environment

• must be fully computer literate as all systems are PC & mainframe based

• excellent written & verbal skills – Good organisation & planning skills

• communications & negotiations skills

• foreign language skills would be an advantage

• knowledge of production processes

• ability to communicate on technical issues

 

Minimum Education Required: bachelors degree

 

European Language: english fluent
