Ward Personnel was established by David Ward in late 2010 and commenced trading that November. With more than 12 years’ experience in the Construction Recruitment sector behind him, David had experienced first-hand the years of boom in the Irish Construction Industry which were followed by a period of massive decline. Despite the severe recession in the construction industry in 2010, David saw an opportunity for a new provider of construction personnel and Ward Personnel was born.
Since then, Ward Personnel has established itself as a provider of a high quality service to many of the country's largest building and civil engineering contractors including Bam Building, John Sisk & Son, PJ Hegarty & Sons, Bam Civil, Murphy International, Walls Construction, John Paul Construction, Duggan Brothers, Clancy Construction, John Cradock, and Denis Moriarty The Kerries to name a few.
