The Role
Working as a Sales Assistant you report directly to your Regional Sales Manager providing high quality Customer Service and Administration support.
You will be responsible for a broad range of tasks including but not limited to:
• Ordering of office stationery supplies • Processing of Quotes, Sales Orders and Purchase Orders • Liaise with customers regarding orders and quotations • Provide support to your Regional Sales Manager • Contribute to monthly goals and budgets • General administration tasks
The requirements:
* Possibility to spend the first few months in Australia. * Fluent English * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (formal training in Microsoft Office would be highly regarded) * Ability to manage multiple tasks and extremely organised * Be able to work autonomously * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy * Confident and friendly personality
