For our Client - Financial Institution with well-developed IT Department, we are looking for Workforce Management Leader.
Your new role
You will work in an IT Department within one of company's project, cooperating with team members located in Cracow, India, China and Great Britain. As a Workforce Management Team Leader you will constantly track, analyse, and gather data related with department headcount. You will analyze gathered data from the financial side, assess productivity and efficiency to support team leaders from different locations . You will present reports to Project Managers on a daily basis, providing guidance in eventual manpower reallocation, introducing conclusions based on data analysis and justifying given decisions.
What you'll need to succeed
To be a perfect candidate you need to have strong experience working in Finance/Banking sector and possess an university degree in this area. The ability to communicate freely using English language is essential for this role due to regular data presentations within international environment. Moreover, you need to have analytical mind with attention to details, ability to assess risk and use MS Excel program on advanced level.
