Our Client is currently looking for candidates to fill the position of a Workforce Administration Specialist. In your job, you will become a part of the Workforce Strategy & Management team ensuring that the business is delivering in accordance to staffing compliancy guidelines. Your tasks will include validating resource requests for accuracy, completeness and conformity with established policies, managing requests, providing staffing and project delivery administration support to stakeholders, cooperating with Partners and Finance in the field of workforce administration (new contracts, onboarding, purchase order management). You will also be responsible for managing communication across stakeholders and track KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

We are looking forward to meeting Candidates who

  • have experience in operational roles gained in SSC/BPO (preferably in the field of workforce management)  
  • have experience in using English (C1) and Russian (B1/B2) in business environment
  • have good relationship management skills as well as demonstrate high level of communication skills
  • demonstrate proactive, agile & driven attitude 
  • are process-oriented
