On behalf of our Client, international company in Gdańsk, we are urgently seeking Candidate for the position of Workday Implementation Specialistto join our Client's Shared Service Centre.
Your new role
The chosen Candidate will take responsibility for developing designs, building, testing, implementing, enhancing authorization structure and maintaining quality and consistency of HR information system. Your duties will also include troubleshoots analyses, detecting, identifying and correcting technical and functional problems and deficiencies as well as resolving complex problems. Moreover, you will be running scheduled reports and creating them if needed, you will be involved in process improvements, and developing training curriculum and conducting formal and informal training sessions regarding the HRIS. The role also requires providing HRIS functional support to Human Resources and other staff.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you need at least Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT or HR, as well as minimum 1 year experience with Workday or other HRIS system. We are looking for a person familiar with various computerized information process flows and impact between the HRIS, Benefits, Human Resources, Payroll and Finance areas and with knowledge of Information system structure, operations and administration, reporting tools, and report development and design. You should be also an advanced Excel user (including macro) and possess well-developed problem solving and analytical skills. Fluency in English is a must.
