Requirements:
- C1 Level English is mandatory
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a workforce planning/insights role is required
- Knowledge of advanced excel and insights/analytics is essential
- Demonstrated track record of developing and delivering workforce planning initiatives and processes
- A solid understanding of all common WFM and call centre metrics (ErlangC etc.) and current knowledge of call centre best practices
- Ability to lead and effectively plan, resource and drive outcomes, working with a multitude of stakeholders with a keen focus on delivering results is required
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate with, influence, and challenge business leads regarding workforce requirements
- Strong communication is required with an ability to work by yourself and on a team
- The ability to work in a highly pressurised environment with excellent attention to detail
- Persistence in continuous improvement and striving for excellence is require
Responsibilities:
- Supply regular, consistent and accurate headcount reporting and create insights that will drive future action planning for the business
- Using tools such as Injixo, PowerBI, SQL, advanced excel analytics and other technology/tools as appropriate, support the business with the monthly, quarterly and yearly workforce planning processes
- Supporting the adoption and continuous improvement of existing workforce management & optimisation tools and practices
- Develop and assemble a rolling workforce plan, in conjunction with the business
- Develop and deliver processes and techniques to analyse the current workforce and determine future workforce needs
- Analyse the current workforce, building trend data and creating new data points that inform the future resourcing needs for talent acquisition
- Identify potential solutions to fill the gap between current and future workforce requirements, as well as supporting the business and wide HR community in applying this strategy
- Work closely with Operations, HR & Finance to implement the workforce planning strategy, including a review of its effectiveness and success
- Understand workforce requirements and skill demands required to meet Operational needs
- Liaise with Talent Acquisition team to support the recruitment planning process
