For one of Client -international logistic company - we are currently looking for:
WMS & TMS Consultant
General characteristics:
The WMS & TMS Consultant is part of the Project & Processes Team and responsible for the implementation, roll-out, optimisation, training and support of the WMS & TMS system within organisation.
Objective of the position:
The objective is to install and roll-out the business model of the WMS & TMS system to all branches within organisation as well as further development, optimisation and fine tuning of the business model.
Main goals:
- Implementation of WMS & TMS projects
- 1st Line support
- Create SQL selection to generate queries and reports
- Train user and create standard documentation of training
- Coordinate the support of IT interfacing between WMS & TMS systems and the systems of third parties, like the client and Customs Authorities;
- Optimising and fine tuning of the configuration of the WMS & TMS system
Requirements:
- experience on relevant position min. 2 years
- Depth knowledge of and experience with logistics and warehousing
- Knowledge of SQL, SQR and Oracle
- Experience with interfacing (EDI/HTML/ASCII)
- Experience in programming (Access, visual basic for example)
- Very good knowledge of English
