For our Client, international company located in the center of Krak贸w, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of Windows Platform Team Leader that will join newly created IT team.
Your new role
Holding this position you will be responsible for the correct implementation, configuration and operation of all Windows technology based services within data centre locations, including disaster recovery planning and audit support. You will work with the Service Delivery Manager to identify and progress company and team objectives, and provide line management, support and guidance to direct reports, ensuring that performance expectations and development needs are met. You will also act as the company subject matter expert on Windows technologies. Your duties will also require you to own and maintain Windows technologies based AWS server infrastructure, being responsible for correct capacity and being aware of associated cost of delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Candidate on this role you need to possess at least 5 years of experience delivering Windows technology based services in an Internet facing environment as well as 2 years of experience of managing a small team of engineers. Deep knowledge of Amazon Web Services or Cloud Solutions is also required. We are also looking for someone experienced in operating in an ITIL driven service management environment, with particular experience in complying with change and problem management. The required skills also include Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, TCP/IP networking configuration and troubleshooting, Active Directory, Windows patch, DNS server, and mail server management.
