For our client, international banking company located in Krakow, in order to meet the growing market demand for speed to market and to stay competitive in an challenging marketplace, we are looking for an experienced Technical Specialist to join a new formed team of Windows Desktop as a Product Specialist.
Your new role
The Windows Desktop Product Specialist will be responsible for leading, directing and influencing its team to achieve the aims of organisation and the "End User as a Service" platform.
You will be responsible for delivering products and services in an agile manner.You will work closely with Collaboration Product Manager, defined pod leader, team members and Client Service Product Management & Customer Experience team.
The Product Specialist role is also a part of Product management&Customer Experience leadership team, and the role itself works as a point of touch within the teams. You will not handle line management duties but it will be expected that a Product Specialist will provide support and guidance to the more junior members of the team.
What you'll need to succeed
You need to have flexibility and adaptability as this job will have constantly changing priorities and tasks that are complex and time sensitive. Attention to product quality and the highest level of service provision are very welcomed.
We need you to have experience of performing a product management role and strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence, lead and drive teams to deliver high quality work.
Deep knowledge of Windows desktop and linked technologies such as Windows 10, Windows 7, GPOs, native Microsoft Windows features, PC hardware, desktop build is a must.
Experience of areas such as Microsoft office, browsers, Windows Application Development, Virtual Desktops, Windows Security Models and tooling, identity and access management tooling are essential.
