Job Description:

As one of the WW HP.com Publishing Tools Operations Team, the Web Publishing Tools Specialist (WTS) will be leading and delivering WW Publishing platform operations service. The WTS is accountable and responsible for all deliverables/projects have been completed within budget and stipulated timeline.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

• Servicing the assigned business area (support end-to-end project & change management, issue management, etc)
• Communicate and liaise with IT Development Team in planning and execute global content migration and other publishing platform decommission initiatives
• Tools enhancement coordination/deployment,
• Organize UAT & trouble-shooting,
• Content lifecycle management,
• Development of user operations guide, user access governance process and related training.
• Documentation and Reporting

• BA/MA degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS Industrial Engineering or industry related discipline
• English (both written and spoken),
• At least 3 years of working experience in the Online Environment and/or Information Technology industry
• Have knowledge in Content Management System operations. Familiar with web publishing tools used by HP.com is a benefit
• Sound technical background in handling HTML coding, flash programming, CSS JavaScript, Microsoft SharePoint, and other computer language
• Good knowledge in social media latest technology
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously (e.g. deployment and training)
• Attention to detail, timeline sensitive, goal oriented
• Good analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Proficient in Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and relevant web software
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good interpersonal skill
• Good team player
