For our Client, a multinational organisation who established their SSC in Cracow in 2016, we are looking for English speakers who would like take the position of Digital Web-Chat Executive and be responsible for providing service and support via digital channels
On this position you will be the first point of contact for customer queries, problems and escalations- dealing with them as efficiently and effectively using the correct tone/language dependent on which Digital platform you are using, educate customers on how to use website to self -serve as well as complete customer research to make sure the company is performing and delivering to a higher standard.
We are looking for Candidates who would like to gain first experience at work in international environment, customer focused and ability to communicate to stakeholders both internally and externally, confident using several different computer systems simultaneously to resolve customer queries. Fluent English (C1) is a must.
