Voice (Lync) System Engineer / Administrator

At the moment we are looking for:

- Provide tier 2/3 support for Lync escalations
- Evolve and deployment of monitoring and instrumentation tools for Lync
- Capacity and performance management
- Manage Lync ecosystem (network, SQL and desktop client)
- Manage integration of Lync with Exchange (Unified Messaging)
- Manage Lync integration with Video Conferencing platform (Cisco)
- Training and packaging of support functions and tasks for level 0 and level 1 teams
- Troubleshoot end to end infrastructure including compliance stack (Actiance)
- Ensure solution meets operation specifications
- Different Microsoft Products/Technology installation & support experience
- Work experience with providing support for HA and DR coverage for environment, ideally within financial institution
- SQL reporting
- SCOM experience (customizing Management Packs)
- Experience in writing PowerShell scripts for Lync
- Very good English
- Interesting projects focused on new technologies and realized within different client’s sectors (banking, telco, pharma)
