Job Purpose:
The Analyst’s primary role is to bridge, launch and support (including performing Incident & Problem Management activities) Video Conferences globally for all company business units, ensuring a high quality Video Conference service is provided that meets the needs of the business.
The analyst is responsible for ensuring the service is operationally effective, continually improving, and meets defined SLA’s.
The service is of a global nature, providing service solutions to all company business units, totaling over 100,000 users. This may include liaising
with business units or 3rd Parties to gather requirements and assess needs for appropriate business solutions.

US Shift (11am – 19 pm)

Job Purpose:
The Analyst’s primary role is to bridge, launch and support (including performing Incident & Problem Management activities) Video Conferences globally for all company business units, ensuring a high quality Video Conference service is provided that meets the needs of the business.
The analyst is responsible for ensuring the service is operationally effective, continually improving, and meets defined SLA’s.

with business units or 3rd Parties to gather requirements and assess needs for appropriate business solutions.
Requirements:
- Successful delivery of service to SLA, providing an enhanced user experience in the global service line through solutions that are cost effective
- Provide 1st and 2nd line remote support, incident and problem management for Global Video Conferences
- Monitor & report service against contracts/SLA through VoP/VoC and take action to ensure service provision
- Escalate and participate in service issues, where appropriate, with service management
- Support and provide analysis of service initiatives and technology changes, as directed
- Facilitate 3rd line support with internal Subject Matter Experts (SME’s), suppliers and internal IT teams.
- Creative in contributing to continual service improvement and root cause analysis to contribute toward overall improved service stability and user satisfaction
- Able to interpret customer requirements and restate in terms of business requirements
- Collaborates effectively across in global service teams and across boundaries
- Establishes strong working relationships and practices with clear accountability for delivery
