On behalf of our Client, a leading global financial services company. We are currently seeking Candidates for the position of Vice President of Financial Information Reporting.
Your new role
Holding this position you will be a part of Global Financial Information Reporting Solutions (FIRS) team and you will provide guidance and leadership to the FIRS Internal Reporting Global support function based in Warsaw, Poland to ensure progress on the Internal Reporting book of work. The Vice President will establish and maintain effective working partnerships with stakeholders across Global Finance and synchronise efforts with the Internal Reporting management team to ensure consistent target state delivery on key initiatives. The successful candidate will be hands-on with key deliverables, provide day-to-day direction to the local team, manage team performance and career planning, and help drive the delivery of the Internal Reporting agenda.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role candidate must have global team managerial experience for approx. 5 plus years. Moreover, experience in accounting and financial analysis will be an advantage as well as technical proficiencies such as Essbase, query, SQL, databases, UNIX, Oracle. We are looking for a highly strategic thinker with analytical mind-set capable of developing and executing plans that prioritise and address stakeholder needs through delivery and drive executive leadership’s engagement through management communications. Moreover, candidate we are looking for possesses ability to manage multiple initiatives with tight timelines while keeping key senior stakeholders and technology and operations partners appropriately updated. Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff as well as highly developed influence and negotiation skills would be an advantage too.
