Responsibilities:
- Participation in a project introducing new legal regulations based on internal standards that will be used in outsourcing
- Perform evaluations of regulations that have outsourcing impact against the outsourcing program. Make recommendations on changes that may be required either locally or globally to address those gaps.
- Partner with key stakeholders in the region to run related outsourcing programs and projects
- Scoping of needs including local regulatory requirements and identify any regional gaps in processes and tools
- Support the regular review process for guidelines and related documentation (analysis of legal regulations) in conjunction with team members and stakeholders in region
- Prepare materials as required to support regional governance processes
- Run training sessions for key stakeholders in relation to program as required
- Run meetings with key business partners in the region and all of internal departments connected with outsourcing
From the candidates we expect:
- Experience of working in a financial institution - minimum 5 years
- Knowledge of operations risk management and control principles
- Fluent English (excellent industry vocabulary)
- Ability to proactively monitor the program to identify and address issues early, performing root cause analysis to develop long term solutions
- Strong business analysis skills, excellent analytical skills
- Team player with ability to build strong cross-business relationships
- Listening and written and verbal communication skills
