For our client, an American multinational biotechnology company located in Warsaw, we are currently looking for the Vendor Master Data Analyst.
On this position you will review the supplier set up forms, set up new suppliers or change existing vendors in Oracle according to the Vendor Master Data SOP, assist with external and internal controls, provide data and root cause analysis to support continuous process improvement. You will audit and process employee expenses for all the FSS markets according to the SLA’s and in line with all the process-related SOPs. Initiate weekly T&E payments for all the FSS markets, run weekly statistics on all open expense reports. You will prepare weekly payment batches, perform month-end close for assigned GBS markets for AP & PO sub-ledgers and prepare reconciliations to GL. Provide helpdesk support for assigned GBS markets and facilitate an open and collaborative communications with GBS markets that promote continuous improvement and standardised processes.
We are looking for candidates with one year of experience on a similar position gained preferably in an international environment. Experience with Oracle ERP preferred. Fluent in English is a must. Other languages preferred (German, French, Italian, Spanish). We are seeking well organised candidates with positive customer service attitude and capability to prioritize and keep business focus.
