Veeva Software Engineer

Currently there is a very challenging Customer Engagement Platform program on-going. In June, the company started a large implementation of Veeva CRM, Salesforce.com Marketing cloud and Veeva Vault in 28 European countries that affect multiple departments and functional areas in all different sites.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, custom objects and Visual Force pages
- Customize Salesforce.com fields, page layouts, record types, searching, list views...
- Manage operational requests and assist user groups
- Gather requirements to improve the CRM platform
- Create and maintain system interface diagrams, functional designs and technical specifications
- Identify production risks and create mitigation plans
- Collaborate with external IT vendors to implement new tools and system enhancements
- Participate in the Agile development process
- Ideally Veeva Certified
- Familiar with Agile development practices
- System and application monitoring in a pharma/ meddev/ biotech/ healthcare environments
- Technical proficiency in analytics systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience with SFDC Lightning components and CMS/ DMS systems
- Advanced English and ability to communicate with external vendors and business partners
- Duration: 1 year (approx.)
- Start date: ASAP (urgent request)
- Full-time & on-site (there could be some flexibility)
- VISA can be provided and there is a relocation package (under certain conditions)

Role Description
The purpose of the Veeva Software Engineer is the overall configuration, design and functionality of the Salesforce/ Veeva Vault functions.Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain the functional objects of salesforce.com- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, custom objects and Visual Force pages
- Customize Salesforce.com fields, page layouts, record types, searching, list views...
- Manage operational requests and assist user groups
- Gather requirements to improve the CRM platform
- Create and maintain system interface diagrams, functional designs and technical specifications
- Identify production risks and create mitigation plans
- Collaborate with external IT vendors to implement new tools and system enhancements
- Participate in the Agile development process
Requirements
- +5 years of experience as Veeva Developer or technical Administrator role- Ideally Veeva Certified
- Familiar with Agile development practices
- System and application monitoring in a pharma/ meddev/ biotech/ healthcare environments
- Technical proficiency in analytics systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience with SFDC Lightning components and CMS/ DMS systems
- Advanced English and ability to communicate with external vendors and business partners
Other information
- Type of contract: temporary (via freelance or payroll)- Duration: 1 year (approx.)
