On behalf of our Client, a global SSC based in Warsaw, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of
VAT Accountant
Your daily duties will include reviewing of existing VAT calculation process and templates and making improvements to those as well as responsibility for taking over VAT reporting processes from on-site employees. What is more, You will be responsible for VAT Reporting for Client’s entities of the Group to tax office and for calculation of deferred tax position. Moreover, the scope of Your duties will also include preparation of VAT returns, Intrastat and organization of tax payments in company’s units.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a University degree (educational background in accounting/economic is an asset). At least 2-3 -years’ of experience in VAT area, knowledge of SAP is a strong asset. What is more, good communication skills in English is required. The ideal Candidate will be in addition structured, analytical and pragmatic person with strong service orientation and proactive attitude.
