For our Client, one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organizations which serve around 46 million customers through few global businesses, we are currently looking for professionals to work on Senior Product Controller position. The role is based in the Global Finance Centre of Excellence in Krakow, Poland.
Working on this position you will be responsible forperforming FVA (Fair value Adjustment) and IPV (Independent price verification) controls, identifying and resolving production exceptions, preparing appropriate Management Information. Your duties will also include delivering a single view of the P&L and Balance Sheet through cooperation with Business Financial Control and Core Product Control as well as building relationships with key stakeholders including Other Product Control Functions, Quantitative Research, Front Office, Market Risk Management, IT and Operations.
To be a successful Candidateyou must be university graduate from a reputed institution in financial or economic subject or university graduate in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or similar, prior experience in working within Financial Markets or a Treasury department. Excellent written English and oral communication skills is a must. Moreover perfect candidate should characterized by good understanding of Financial Markets (products traded and their life cycle, accounting principles and valuation techniques) and possess advanced Excel knowledge (working knowledge of VBA is preferred, Access & SQL will be an advantage).
