We are looking for UX/UI Designer able to find one functionality way for business requriements, technical limitations and users needs. Your work will be related to the software and the hardwares, where you can test directly.
As a UX/UI Designer you will be responsible for functionality ofproducts and systems. The systems are built of fully autonomous robots, feeding equipment, PC systems and a broad range of techniques to manage and support in day-to-day business.
What we expect:
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio of design projects
- Wide variety of skills, ranging from psychology to design and technology
- A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
- Expertise in standard software such as Axure, InVision, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, XD
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
- Planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
- We act globally, so very good English written and spoken is required
On this position:
- You will influence on the UX Process of the company
- You will take part in creating an interactive guideline
- You will be able to conduct user research
- You will take part in building the UX Team
- You will gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- You will develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
