Job description:
Andea is looking for an innovative UX/UI designer to help us develop our software solutions. This is your opportunity to design forward-thinking UI projects that will impact thousands of lives and improve how millions of things are made around the world.
Main job responsibilities:
- Participate in solution design meetings; giving and receiving feedback
- Perform design and user research that gives insight and solves real problems
- Develop designs that meet business needs as well as the ergonomic needs of the user
- Develop user personas, user flows, and show how they relate to proposed designs
- Sketch, design, and prototype UI designs for both web and mobile
- Communicate designs through deliverables such as sketches, wireframes, detailed mockups, and/or interactive prototypes
- Support the development team and oversee the implementation of designs
- Gather feedback and data to further improve designs

Wymagania
Candidate qualities we are looking for:
- Solid understanding of design principles as they relate to functionality and ergonomics
- Knowledge of the user experience process and user interface best practices
- Ability to defend design decisions
- Proficiency with UI design tools such as Adobe XD
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate project progress to colleagues
- Demonstrate time management and independent problem-solving
- Ensure that projects meet strategic goals and are delivered on schedule
- Ability to communicate in English

What can you expect?
Andea is a global MES (Manufacturing Execution System) software integrator of systems like DELMIA Apriso, DELMIA Ortems, and our own MES platform, Manufacturo. Our software solutions have helped companies like CoorsTech, Bombardier, or Sierra Nevada Corporation to better track, manage and optimize their production processes.
Our goal is simple: we want to help global manufacturers to become more data-driven in their daily operations through the use of the latest technologies. We created the Manufacturo platform to change how manufacturing software is purchased and implemented so companies of all sizes can take advantage of digital transformation.
Andea is a Polish company and everything happens on site (in Krakow and in Brea). We are one team and don't have those typical corporate closed branches. We all stick together often sharing common hobbies!
