UX Interaction Designer

Project for a Swiss multinational food and drink processing conglomerate corporation

To create human-centered designs by gathering customer needs, designing graphic elements, and building delightful user experiences. These individuals have a solid understanding of digital design patterns, user interface best practices and be competent in the tools of the trade. In order to build an exceptional customer experience, individuals will be responsible for: Gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with business partners and software engineers; Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps; Gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with business partners and software engineers; Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps; Researching and establishing best practices for UX. UX Designer will help in the designing of new created contents appealing to users.

Design the application to meet the business process design and application requirements. Validate the design with the stakeholders to ensure that the design satisfies the requirements. Supervise other designers or developers in completing designs. Inform the technical architect and project manager of any issues that may affect other areas of the project. Participate in quality management reviews, as outlined in Verification and Validation Overview, ensuring the application design and related work products satisfy the requirements. Participate in transitioning the designs to the developers and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the designs. Visual designers will help in the designing of newly created content appealing to users.

• At least a strong middle UX expert (1 years of experience minimum)
• Experiences in participative practice: feature prioritization and gathering customer needs and requirements, designing graphic elements, and building delightful user experiences*Solid understanding of digital design patterns, user interface best practices
• Ability to build and implement the design process, share and set up a user-centered mindset among product and development teams.
• Practical experience in usability testing and UX audit.
• Good time management and estimations skills
• Good presentation skills
• Takes control of implementation quality through design review
• Experience in Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps

• Ready to initiate UX design activities and push validation and research to the product team when it is needed
