Your responsibles :
- Creates product documentation showing our customers functionalities and technical side of solutions in a dedicated tool,
- Collaborates and communicates with subject matter experts incl. product management, solution management, product support,
- Collaborates and communicates with customers and partners by Presales,
- Ensures the content is easy to follow and translatable,
- Uses appropriate style and tone as well as business writing principles to present the content to the customers,
- Gives, receives, and implements feedback received from customers and partners and/or Presales,
- Applies all relevant SAP standards and guidelines for the given product and ensures the content is aligned with them,
- Proofreads and edits content for relevance and linguistic correctness, as well as for terminology that is simple, consistent, and conforms to industry standards,
- Uses the software to test the accuracy of the content,
- May participate in projects to improve the tools, processes, and content.
Candidate Profile:
- Linguist/English teacher/Translator or with equivalent language certificate,
- Analytical thinking/understand abstract ideas and technologies,
- Desire to learn new products and technologies,
- Well-organized and self-organized,
- Excellent written and spoken skills,
- As an asset Spanish and German to provide content translations from English,
