Unified Communication Solution Consultant (m/f)
Solution Consultant will support the EMEA Service Delivery Manager & Solution Consultant Technical Lead:
- Contribution to infrastructure design processes, including ongoing review of process efficiency, recommending and helping to implement any necessary changes
- Identifying improvements associated with tools and techniques utilized and contributing to their development and rollout
- Contribute to solution consultant training materials, tools and delivery

For our client, American global technology company located in the centre of Warsaw, we are looking for Solutions Consultants.
Description
- Work closely with Project Managers and Field Service Team to develop, design, and create SOW's and solution design deliverables for technical deployments of Clients products as a solution.
- Undertake technical product initiatives
- Provide internal business partnership to key stakeholders
- Support to the EMEA Service Delivery Manager & Solution Consultant Technical Lead,
- Taking technical lead on relevant new product introductions.
- Provide technical leadership in project situations
- Provide ongoing coaching & development of field resources
- Provide technical support for pre-sales project opportunities
- Build of Technical architecture reports for major account engagements
- Be key focus on the technical resource needs, and deployment decisions for multiple projects
Profile
* 5+ years' experience in a mixture of networking, network applications and major account development
* Good knowledge of operating systems and IT infrastructure (both desktop and server):
Microsoft Servers/Active Directory, Cisco Certified Network Associate CCNA / CCNP or equivalent (Juniper/3Com/Nortel etc)
* Working Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, switches, Routers, Firewalls (NAT & PAT translations), IP telephony, VLAN's, QoS.
* Working knowledge of SfB, O365 and Microsoft 365 Collaboration
* Demonstrable working knowledge of H.320, H.323 and SIP protocols
* Experienced in the 'consultative' approach to selling -> 'trusted advisor'
* Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English as well as in regional local language)
* Excellent customer focus and adaptability.
* Weekend work in support of projects and field resources is required
* Provide written reports on problem analysis on cases escalated to R&D for resolution.
* Can expect from 15%-30% travel.
