Treasury Team Leader - New Team!
Our Client, a global FMCG company with an SSC in Warsaw is now looking for Treasury Team Leaderto join their structure and build their New Team! Ideal candidates will have extensive Treasury experience and advanced knowledge of the English language.

Our Client is a globally known FMCG company. they are known for their luxurious high quality products. They have an office in the central part of Warsaw.
Description
- Lead a team of Treasury Analysts, support their daily tasks
- Reporting to the Global Treasury Manager
- day-to-day cash management and cash flow forecasting
- reconciliation of actual / forecasted flows
- Set up financing, deposits and bank guarantees
- Ensure the proper identification of FX exposure
- Manage retail and e-commerce treasury operations, as well as monitor hedging
- Work on solutions for securitization of treasury flows, cash transportation, and fight against fraud
- Preparation of treasury reports
Profile
- Proven in-depth finance expertise
- Proven Experience in treasury in a growing / dynamic environment
- Experience in team management, supervision/reviewing
- Knowledge of treasury or banking operations and payments systems
- MS/MBA/MA, applicable certification or equivalent experience required
- Fluent English (additional languages will be an asset, especially Hebrew, Hungarian, or Croatian)
- Analytic skills and attention to detail
- Advanced communication skills
