Treasury Process SupervisorMiejsce pracy: Kraków

Responsibilities:

Coordinate, manage, and approve all payments across Europe and Asia
Ensure the proper amount of short-term debt or investment to meet the company’s daily liquidity requirements
Manage intercompany loans as necessary
Management of local cash requirements e.g. petty cash
Manage the timing and accuracy of the daily cash accounting process for Europe and APAC
Ensure daily accurate reporting of the European and APAC cash positions and cash flow
Determine the appropriate bank account services to meet business requirements
Manage bank fees and related expenses to fall within budget requirements, review and resolve discrepancies on a monthly basis
Serve as primary liaison between Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll and the bank service providers
Management and administration of the international corporate credit card programs

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of experience in international cash management
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
Fluent in English (C1)
Should have general knowledge of European and (APAC will be an asset) banking and tax laws
Should have general knowledge of notional pooling and other cash management tools
Must be self motivated, flexible, hands-on and able to work in a fast paced, multi task environment
SAP experience preferred
Computer skills in Word, Excel, Power Point, Access
